Booking terms & conditions
1. Booking
A booking is binding once confirmed by email. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) per room, per night. The information provided must be accurate.
2. Deposit and payment
A deposit of 30% of the stay total secures the booking. Without payment within 24 hours, the room is released. The balance is payable at the hotel.
3. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. After that, the deposit is retained by the hotel.
4. Arrival and departure
Check-in and check-out times are shown on each hotel's page. Valid ID is required on arrival.
5. Liability
The hotel cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure. In the event of exceptional unavailability, equivalent accommodation will be offered.
6. Complaints
Any complaint may be sent to the relevant hotel via the contact form. These terms are governed by Congolese law.
